All session fees and payments are nontransferable.
Cancellations & Reschedules - Custom Sessions
We understand that life happens.
We will accommodate a one-time courtesy reschedule at no charge if requested at least 21 days prior to your original session date.
Subsequent reschedule requests, or requests made within 21 days of the original session date, will be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee which may be applied towards your portrait order in the form of credit.
A refund of this fee will not be given if the credit is not spent.
All rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original session date. Sessions not completed within this timeframe will be considered cancelled, and any prior payments will be forfeited. A new session fee will be required in order to book a future session.
Cancellations & Reschedules - Mini Sessions
Due to the limited availability of mini sessions, all mini session fees are nonrefundable. Any reschedules will require a booking a new session date.
Unspent Image Credit
The image credit included in your session fee is a complimentary offering and not refundable as cash in the unlikely case that it goes unused.
